If in case you are not happy with your purchase, email us at email@example.com to let us know about this issue. You have 30 days to return the item to get a 100% full refund. The return shipping fee is shouldered by the customer. All products should be in their original packaging when returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have finished the inspection of your returned item. All refunds will be sent to the credit card or Paypal account that was used upon purchased.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacement on Broken Items
Receiving a broken product is never fun, rest assured that we always pack with care your orders, however, things can happen in between the shipping process in which we have no full control of. If this is something that you've experienced, please do let us know by dropping us an email on email@example.com, please send us the picture of the broken items and rest assured that we will replace you with a brand new one 100% free of charge of the product/s as number 1 option for resolution. In addition, we don't shoulder the shipping fee of the replacements. In case the customer requests for a return shipping label, it's label's fee will be deducted on the amount that'll be refunded. This policy has been made effective for fair business practices between Cesia Cosmetics and it's customers.
In case we run out of stocks of the broken items, we do offer 100% refunds but this is subject for approval.
